The Tencan Stirred Ball Mill represents a sophisticated vertical grinding system with extensive application capabilities. Engineered for processing materials with feed sizes ranging from 0.1 to 10 mm, this advanced milling equipment features adjustable spindle speeds from 50 to 1400 RPM, allowing precise optimization for various material characteristics. Working Principle:
The main axis drives blender to rotate at high speed, making grinding media to do irregular movement that makes media collided, extruded, crushed and sheared. And makes materials crushed into fine powder. In addition, if size, shape and ratio of media is different, different grinding effects shall be resulted. Generally, the larger the size of media, the more rough the grinded power. On the contrary, the smaller the grinding media, the finer the grinded powder. Grinding effects shall be better if there is a suitable ratio of media in different size and matched speed.
