Laboratory Dual Planetary Ball Mill realizes movement of the small planetary disk driven by the large planetary disk, the rotation radius and the rotation speed of the mill jars are magnified compared to the normal planetary ball mill models. The centrifugal force of the grinding balls is doubled, the impact, shear and friction between the grinding balls increase significantly, the grinding effect and the grinding efficiency are enhanced greatly, and some materials can be ground into nano scale. Laboratory Dual Planetary Ball Mill has two planetary disks that make rotation movement installed on a base turntable which makes revolution movement. Another two smaller turntables are installed on each larger disk respectively; there are two mill jars on each smaller turntable. The machine has totally four mill jars installed on the smaller turntables. When the base turntable rotates, the tank roller makes planetary movements. The balls and samples inside the mill jars are ground and mixed under high speed movement.
