Working Principle
The laboratory jaw crusher consists of a sturdy frame, precision-balanced eccentric shaft, heavy-duty flywheel, durable side guards, adjustable toggle plate system, and wear-resistant jaw plates.
During operation:

The motor drives the eccentric shaft, creating reciprocating motion of the movable jaw.

As the movable jaw rises, the increasing angle between the toggle plate and jaw forces the jaw plate toward the fixed jaw, generating strong compressive forces that crush the material.

On the downward stroke, the decreasing angle allows crushed material to discharge through the bottom opening, while the return spring ensures smooth reset of the crushing components.
This mechanism ensures uniform particle size reduction and consistent sample preparation.
