Overview
Certain chemical and material research involves water- or oxygen-sensitive substances, which require controlled environments for safe and accurate experimentation. While traditional vacuum vessels provide anaerobic and vacuum conditions, they often lack operational convenience.
The TENCAN stainless steel vacuum glove box addresses both environmental and operational challenges. By introducing high-purity inert gas and circulating it within the chamber, the system removes reactive substances while allowing safe and precise manipulation of sensitive materials. Also referred to as a glove box, operation box, inert gas protection box, or dry box, it is widely used in chemical laboratories, material research, and specialized industrial applications.
Working Principle
The vacuum glove box is composed of three main sections:

Main Chamber: Provides a controlled atmosphere with optional vacuum ball valves for inert gas introduction or water/ventilation operations.

Transition Area: Acts as a bridge between the main chamber and the external environment, equipped with two sealed doors and two vacuum ball valves, enabling easy introduction and removal of materials without compromising the internal atmosphere.

Base & Accessories: Includes glove ports (2–3), interior lighting, and optional local heating for enhanced operational convenience.
The setup ensures visibility, operational comfort, and maintenance of strict anaerobic conditions while allowing flexibility for user-specific requirements.
