Product Description
1L Laboratory Vibrating Ball Mill Small Volume Light Weight & High Grinding Efficiency
Overview of Lab Vibrating Ball Mill
Lab vibrating ball mill, also called as vibration mill, is a new type of high efficiency powder milling equipment. It has three types of single cylinder, double cylinders and three cylinders. Lab vibrating ball mill is easy to operate, reliable in work, easy to clean, strong in adaptability to working conditions, without any environmental pollution, and it can be used for dry and wet grinding. Optional liners for cylinder: 304 or 316L stainless steel, alumina ceramic (corundum), zirconium oxide, nylon, polyurethane, PTFE, PP or PE, and etc..
Working Principle of Lab Vibrating Ball Mill
Lab vibrating ball mill mainly consists of frame, chassis, vibration exciter, grinding cylinder, spring, motor and so on. When the machine is started, the motor drives the vibrator to produce exciting force and make the grinding cylinder a continuous vibration of high frequency and small amplitude. As rotation and relative movement of grinding media make materials impacted and crushed frequently, and finally achieving purpose of crushing and milling materials.
Applications of Lab Vibrating Ball Mill
Lab vibrating ball mill is widely used in the fields of electronics, ceramics, chemicals, powder metals, tungsten, calcium carbide, rubber compounds, magnetic materials and high-frequency porcelain materials and pharmaceuticals in the radio industry.
Features of Tencan Lab Vibrating Ball Mill
1, It has larger capacity compared with other ball mills.
2, Simple structure, by adjusting the amplitude, frequency, media. Different ratio produces different particle size.
3. The vibrating ball mill with a jacket tube can adjust grinding temperature.
4. The vibrating ball mill with sieve and collecting devices keeps production continuously.
5, Simple and convenient operation, reliable work, easy cleaning, strong adaptability to working conditions.
6, No environmental pollution, dry and wet ball milling can be carried out.
7, Light weight, small volume, high efficiency.
8. Special order can be made according to the requirements.
